JIGS, FIXTURES & GENERAL FITTING

J & G Engineering have the ability of in-house jig and tool design facilities to enable simple jigs and more complex fixtures to be designed to any requirements. Jigs and more complex fixtures along with specific tooling form a critical element of machinery designed and supplied by J & G Engineering. We use the latest material technology using composite polymer fibres and resins to create light weight jigs that are highly durable in service.

CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

J & G Engineering specilise in the design, supply and prject management of conveyors and conveyor systems; formemost to the automotive industry. We have a very flexible approach, and can supply single conveyor solutions through to complete turnkey systems.

SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINERY & DESIGN

J & G Engineering have a flexible design partnership which utilises the latest AutoCAD drawing packages to produce parts, fixtures and turnkey systems to specific customer requirements.
